The LLC was created Jan, 24, 2017 by Michelle Schortt and Patrick de Haan.

As of December 2019, Selena L Yniguez was its registered agent, with Scott Maul and Schortt listed as other members. De Haan is no longer listed as a member of the corporation, but the physical address remained 100 N Stone Ave, Ste. 512, Tucson, AZ 85701, associated with the historical address Suart Patrick De Haan and De Haan Law Firm PLLC.[1][2]

As of February 2021, the chapter website listed its chapter head as Michelle Shortt and spokesperson, or media liaison, as Stu de Haan. [3]

Prior to incorporation, the chapter was founded sometime in "early 2016."[3] In 2018, the chapter began its case against the city of Scottsdale, which it lost in February 2020.[4] The Satanic Temple has appealed the case, and as of April 2020, there has been no further movement in the case. [5]
