Satanic Houston is an Texas-based domestic nonprofit corporation. Its directors are Jon Winningham, "Lilin Stheno Lavin", and "Tertia Withershins".

According to past public events and news articles, as of February 2020, Jon Winningham and Shannon Ronca were past chapterheads with Laura Winningham and Natalie Freshour also apparently authorized to speak to media as of December 2019.[1][2]

In August 2021, Satanic Houston received tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service under Internal Revenue Code 170(b)(1)(A)(vi), for "charities that normally receive a substantial part of their support from...direct or indirect contributions from the general public." [3][4]
