Arkansas Lawsuit

TST has joined a suit in Arkansas, objecting to the 12 commandments monument on state grounds (and only christian monuments).

TST commissioned the Baphomet monument to be placed on capitol grounds as well. However, it has been used for little more than photo-op or as a parade float, since it was completed.

The suit was originally filed by the Freedom From Religion Foundation and local Humanist groups, but TST filed to intervene and be added to the party of plaintiffs.
