Organization Structure

The Satanic Temple is built like any business, but poorly executed and with little public documentation.

At the top of TST is Executive Ministry (EM) and International Council (IC). Local chapters are managed by a Chapter Head(s) and Media Liaison, which are selected by IC. A "Friends of Group" is the designation given to a proto-chapter, also overseen by IC.

Until late 2020, the organization had no Human Resources department. When one was created, it was managed by former members of IC and/or their close friends. The organization has not produced a policy handbook, but instead opts to create policies after someone gets hurt (allegedly).
