Friends of TST DC and Maryland was the third FoG (or Friends of Group) to form in and around Washington DC. It was preceded by D.C./MD/VA Area Friends of The Satanic Temple and Friends of TST - MDC.

Established in March of 2019 by a member of the previous FoG. However, the group would soon be led instead by Eliphaz Costus.

Eliphaz would eventually leave to become Campaign Director of the Protect Children Project.

The group now appears to be dormant.
