Saucon Valley, Penn., school district had withdrawn use of facility for After School Satan club after bomb threat made but claimed an advertising violation.
A judge required school to fulfill previous agreement as litigation continued, with the school district ultimately paying ACLU $200,000 for legal costs in representing The Satanic Temple.[1][2][3]
