The Black Flame
According to the Church of Satan, The Black Flame, "the International Forum of the Church of Satan", began in 1989, during a period when its previous publication The Cloven Hoof was on hiatus. The Black Flame ultimately produced 16 editions from 1989 to 2005, produced first with the intention of being quarterly, before being produced bi-annually, and finally intermittently.
